Entertainment family understands it is the ever changing demand for exciting, new ways to
keep our audience on the dance floor. Blossom understands just how important it is for our
guest to have fun.
History
Jimmo and Tammy Owens are the proud parents of Blossom
Entertainment. Tammy is an electronics engineer with a business degree. She keeps Blossom
running in more ways than one: Servicing all of our equipment, as well as managing all
office and booking matters. Jimmo is a carpenter and entertainer, he builds the system and
CD boxes, and is a fantastic host.
Debuting on September 9th 2000, with a firm conviction that each of
our shows, no matter what type of engagement, must be the best .
In addition to the countless weddings and private parties, the
Blossom family has also entertained the United States Navel Academy graduating class of
2001, The United States Air Force 94th Intel Squad, and the Johns Hopkins University
Christmas parties 2001. We also have performed several Kiddy karaoke shows.
The Blossom family is a regular part of the Baltimore night life.
Memory Lane, Two North George, Charro’s Incognito Lounge, Latelas, Randy’s
California Inn, Pickles Pub, The Camden Pub and The Loft are just a few of the many
establishments Blossom has played. Currently we are regulars at J & J's Afterdeck,
Cesares and Sliders Bar & Grill.
Any entertainment company can keep clients in their seats. Anyone can spin C.D.s and talk. We know that, and we frown on it. To be a part of the Blossom Entertainment family it takes much more. Character, wit, charm, and the ability to motivate our guests are just a few of the things we look for. We engage our guests involving them in the show, making them a part of it. Our host makes every show a party, every singer a star!! Armed with the technical ability and a good ear for sound, all of our hosts are equipped to make each guest sound their personal best ensuring our guest’s enjoyment! Each one of our D.J. / K.J.s have been carefully screened, hand-selected and trained by Blossom. All of our personalities are light-hearted and have what it takes to make our guests feel good. Looking at our company through the eyes of our guests gives us an advantage over other entertainment companies.
Most Karaoke company's go from singer to singer while making idle chit-chat to cover dead air time. Not Blossom, when we speak it is because there is something we choose to say. We make announcements during our show about the food, beverage specials and events. The Blossom family believes entertainment should be non stop! Our D.J. library, therefore, is large and eclectic for dancing, requests, and dedications. From the beginning of our show there is seamless music, announcements, and singers.
